No fewer than two thousand individuals were beneficiaries of a medical outreach presented by a humanitarian organisation under the auspices of Tropical Gate Foundation.
The Foundation held the 3 days free medical programme in collaboration with Salvation Army Amesi, for residents of Aguata local government areas and neighbouring communities in Anambra state.
At the event themed: By His Stripes You Are Healed, (Isaiah 53 Vs 5), general body diagnosis, especially eyes check ups and treatments where among the treatments offered to over two thousands persons beginning from 16th to 18th at the salvation Army Amesi.
Orient Daily reports that different ailing persons mostly elders from Amesi, Uga, Umunze, Isuaofia, Igbo-ukwu, Umuchu, Akpo, Ekwulobia, Nkpolo, and Akowa in Imo state were present to recieve the free treatment and collection of drugs and eye glasses, with doctors and nurses at their disposal.
Speaking at the programme, the Chairman and founder of Tropical Gate Foundation, a maritime consultant, Apostle Nnamdi Mbaigbo, said, his inspiration for for the programme came since 2015 when he had a divine encounter that looks like out off body experience and “the our Lord appeared to me and shared with Joel.2.15 – Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly: Joel.2.16 – Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet”
“Tropical Gate Foundation for sustainable development by His Grace has come to stay we will continue to position ourselves towards strategic United Nations development Goals ,making effort that we drive them as non for profit to the grassroots as we know that 17 points agendar for sustainable development Goals we at foundation for now playing at No 3 Good Health and well being and No 4 Quality Education.
“We also hope to keep improving on the existing services. We also open to partnerships and collaboration by governments other NGO and spirited individuals we the harvest is ripe but the labourer are few”.
Contributing, Mr. Mbaigbo Obumnaeme, the Program mobilizer said it was geared towards improving the medical and social lives of the people.
“It is our vision and mission to touch the lives and a way to exercise the message of our Lord Jesus Christ. A lot of people have already benefited from the programme through healing and we give thanks to almighty”
In their separate reactions, the beneficiaries expressed profound gratitude to God for the privilege to benefit from the outreach and prayed for God’s continued blessing for the benefactors.
