Chief Executive Officer of Recare Limited, Mr. Chijioke Anaele, has encouraged Nigerian women to embrace their natural hair and unleash their personal style. Speaking during a recent visit from a group of women to the company’s hair institute in Ikeja, Lagos, he highlighted the challenges many face due to hair products that aren’t tailored for African hair types.

Anaele noted that with the right hair care routine and the use of Natures Gentle Touch products, many women can effectively overcome these challenges. He emphasized the importance of understanding one’s unique hair needs and choosing products specifically designed to nurture and enhance natural textures. By doing so, women can celebrate their natural beauty and style with confidence.

Anaele explained that the previous reliance on imported hair products often led to various issues for African women, such as irritation, scalp burns, hair breakage, and discoloration. Recognizing this gap, Chika Ikenga, a chemist, embarked on creating products tailored specifically for African hair, taking into account factors like hair texture, climate, and diet.

He highlighted that the formulations combine effective natural ingredients commonly used in African hair care, such as Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, and Castor Oil. These ingredients are designed to address specific hair and scalp challenges.

Anaele emphasized that Natures Gentle Touch is committed to providing effective solutions for problems like dandruff, hair breakage, dryness, weak or damaged hair, and slow growth. He concluded by reaffirming the brand’s mission to help women embrace their unique beauty and creativity, ensuring they feel confident in their health and appearance.
