The founder of Grace Revolution International Ministry, Pastor Schugger Ezenwa Onyeukwu (PhD) has decried the high rate of insecurity in the country, especially the one that led to the killing of over 100 people in Benue state.
Speaking to newsmen in Lagos, the cleric implored the federal government to do more to protect lives and properties in Nigeria. He said, “It’s barbaric and cruel to kill over 100 people in a state that is not experiencing war, God has great value for a soul, let alone killing over a hundred, it’s an act of dastardly”.
He implored President Buhari to make it his last assignment to restore peace to Nigeria so that Nigerians will remember him as a good president. He said, “The president is in his last phase, he should do something remarkable by bringing an end to insecurity, he should tackle it seriously to help the next administration”.
The cleric sympathised with the families of those that were killed in Benue state and prayed that peace will return to Nigeria.
