Sunray Estate begins plot allocation in Anambra, promises affordable accommodation

Esso Properties, an estate management firm on Friday inaugurated Sunray Estate in Amansea, Awka North local government area of Anambra state, with a promise to ensure affordable accommodation for citizens of the state.

The marketing manager of Sunray Estate, Mr. Humphrey Odie, who addressed newsmen during the unveiling of the estate, said the company was attracted to Anambra state because of its potential in development, and as the commercial hub of the South East.

Odie said, “Anambra is a very attractive state in the South East. We are actually launching two estates in the state, Sunray Estate in Amansea, Awka North LGA and Berry Prime Estate in Agu-Awka.

“Sunray Estate is a premium estate sitting on 300 plots of land, which also parades various facilities like tight security, shopping mall, good drainages and various kinds of prototype buildings for all level of individuals.

“It will also house such facilities as schools, bungalows, sports facilities, regular power supply and will be available and open to all persons depending on one’s budget. Everone should subscribe immediately.

“Our coming to Anambra is because of its potentials, Anambra is a state you can not ignore in terms of investment. We are in Anambra to give the people affordable accommodation, and that is what we are here to do”.

He further said the estate was pocket-friendly, 3 to 9 months payment plans. He disclosed that a plot of land would be costing about N9.6 million naira, to be spread accorsinb to different payment plans.

Earlier, Chaplain of Esso Properties, Pastor Olayinka Akingbade, while performing the flag-off of the estate, noted that the project would attract development to the community, even as he urged Anambrarians and residents of the state to key into the project.
