Nigeria youngster on Zamakek radar

Nigeria youngster, Emeka Eze has emerged as a top transfer target of Egyptian giants, Zamalek, his intermediary has revealed.
Eze is presently on the payroll of another Egyptian Premier League side, Al Maddy, Orient Sports reports.
Eze’s career got off to a flying start at FC inter, Enugu, before Rangers snapped him.
In 2017, he moved to Egypt where teamed up with Al-Nasr.
With Al Nasr now relegated to the Egyptian lower league, he moved on, featuring for two oother teams in the Egyptian Premier League.
In the summer of 2017 he signed for Entag El-Harby on loan and a year later he moved to Al Masry where he has been playing ever since.
TThe 28-year-old has made 65 appearances for the Port Said-based side and became a key player in their success this season, as they sit third on the league table.
According to his agent, Wael El-Kharbatawy his performances gathered interest from Cairo giants Zamalek and became their primary target.
“Eze Emeka is currently Zamalek’s number one target, based on Carteron’s desire,” El-Kharbatawy told OnTime Sport TV.
“I met with Emad Abdelaziz, head of the former temporary committee at Zamalek, in order to negotiate Emeka’s move for next season.
“Eze Emeka wishes to join the Zamalek, he even told Ismail Youssef that during their match against Al Masry.
“I informed Al Masry that Zamalek and the player are keen on the move. There’s a good relationship between the two clubs, but Al Masry prefes to wait until the end of the season.
“Eze Emeka has two and a half contract with Al-Masry, and the club rejected previous Turkish offers for the player,” he concluded.
Emeka has one cap for the Super Eagles when he appeared in their 2-2 draw against Mexico back in 2013.
The central played for Rangers before leaving Nigeria.
