Ebonyi PDP caretaker committee gets tenure elongation

The national working committee of the People’s Democratic Party has extended the tenure of the Ebonyi state caretaker committee, under the leadership of Chief Fred Udeogu, for another three months.
Barr. Silas Joseph Onu, publicity secretary of PDP, Ebonyi state chapter caretaker committee, in a statement, said the party was warming up for their Congress coming up soon and urged the party faithful to remain resolute as they re-strategised for the next general election in the state.
The statement, “The national working committee of our great party, the People’s Democratic Party, has extended the stay of the Ebonyi state caretaker committee under the leadership of Chief Fred Udeogu via a fresh appointment for another three months.
“Party members are appreciated for the unflinching support given to this committee thus far and are called upon to double their zeal for the party as we prepare for Congresses which will commence at the end of July 2021 with an expression of interest.
We thank the NWC and all our elders for finding us worthy of their trust and confidence in steering the affairs of our great party”.
