APGA 16-year reign in Anambra, gross waste- Senator Uba
By Phil Okose, Onitsha
Barely six months to the 6 November 2021 gubernatorial election in Anambra state, a gubernatorial aspirant, Senator Ifeanyi Uba, Wednesday in Onitsha, accused the ruling All Progressive Grand alliance, APGA, of non-performance for about 16 years of its administration in the state describing it as gross waste to the people.
Uba who is contesting under the platform of Young Progressives Party, YPP, told party faithful at Saint Mary Primary School, Inland Town and Central School, Odoakpu, Onitsha, that his achievements would speak for him when the time for the election came.
His words, “let me say it, we are not here to campaign but to thank you for your support to the party and myself I am not a gullible type.
God has brought me out to work for the people and I will not disappoint the people like the present administration” For how long will they continue to deceive us. For eight years no
employment to the youths.
In the Senate, for 30 years, NNPC had been in bribery scandal until I came in and that has to be stopped.”
