The deputy house leader in the Kwara state house of assembly, Bello John Olarewaju, has condemned the Legislative Assessment Report made by one Abdulrazaq Hamzat, convener, ‘Kwara Must Change,’ describing the report as false and malicious.
The lawmaker said the whole report was not representative of the achievements of government in Moro local government area of the state.
Olarewaju, who said that since the inception of this administration, he had personally drilled motorized boreholes in about seven wards and also repaired transformers in several communities.
He described the Jebba Water Works that had been abandoned for about 16 years as a landmark of his efforts and commitment of the APC administration in the state.
He said that APC intervention was timely to the rescue of the flood and fire victims in Jebba and, therefore, warns Kwara citizens to shun fake news and reports on social media, adding that they were antics of political opponents to discredit the party.
