Coronavirus a consequence of God’s judgment

Corona-virus (COVID-19) is a pandemic which causes illness such as cold, fever and difficulty in breathing.  It is said to be contracted through droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes and the droplets land in the mouth or noses of person nearby.

Covid – 19 is also spread by touching contaminated surfaces and then touching one’s eyes, nose or mouth.

A great number of people have died of this dangerous disease which emanated from China and has spread to Italy, the United States, Portugal, Nigeria and some other countries of the world. Every person wants to take to “town crier” role in fight against the evil virus.  Some people have resorted to covering their hands and mouth while on the street, in order to avert the disease while others are busy taking record of the infected and compiling names of hospitals treating them. Yet, they do not know whether they are going to be the next patients.

Schools and other public sector businesses are now shut down while total shutdown of mosques, churches and markets are being expected.  Dr. Willie Obiano, the Governor of Anambra State, has directed that all the civil servants in the state should sit at home for a period of fourteen days.  He gave this directive on March 23, 2020.  He added that other forms of public activities should be shutdown till further notice.

All these actions and measures can be attributed to unqualified fear of death.  The true fear is the fear of God.  If we continue to remain in fear of corona-virus without divine reconciliation with God, we will continue to live in fear of the pandemic. We need to try enough to be free.  The devil wants to cause confusion and distraction among the people on earth.

By the special grace of God, we must open the eyes of the blind world using the pandemic as an opportunity to disseminate divine information and direction.  The truth remains that the problem  of the world today is not far from the exegesis of one Spy Prophet called Nostradamus who wrote in the year 1551, thus—“There will be a twin year (2020) from which will arise a Queen (corona) who will come from the east (China) and who will spread a plague (virus) in the darkness of night, on a country with ‘7’ hills (Italy) and will transform the twilight of men into dust (death), to destroy and ruin the world.  It will be the end of the world economy as you know it.”

The prophecy of about 469 years ego, as it appeared some time in 2019, is what is troubling the entire world today, leading to shut down of some industries, schools, markets and other business activities, both nationally and internationally.         “Do you think the world will not crumble, if this should continue?”  Everybody is in fear now in Nigeria,” some people say.

Every country has shutdown her border, no escape route for those notable personalities who usually destabilize things in the country and travel abroad, leaving the poor to keep dying.  Now that God’s wrath has triggered judgment through corona-virus, everybody has become equal before God.

When God caught the people of Sodom and Gomorrah red-handed, it was like a play, until they saw fire, consuming the evil and sparing the righteous.  Today in Nigeria, the ill situation befalls on those who take themselves to be gods.  I must infer that what makes Nigeria to experience COVID-19 in a lighter mode is because the former National Assembly openly resisted pressure from the former United States President, Barack Obama to legalize gay-marriage.  Perhaps, we would have been in a more serious situation now, reflecting God’s anger and judgment.  It is good to have regards for God

Queen-Corona would have applied her full claw on Nigeria, as was the case when God’s anger descended on Sodom and Gomorrah. Yet, another deadly and on-coming judgment of God may commence in Nigeria, if care is not taken.

The issue of one religion is raging on and some are being nonchalant because their own is killing the other worshipers. This is also against God’s plan for humanity.  The dispensations of conscience and law have all gone.  We are in the dispensation of grace.  God, on no account, allows human killings in any case.  The reason is that the blood of human beings usually cry unto the owner (God) asking for vengeance on the head of the fearless killer.  See, the case of Cane and Abel in Gen. 4 of the Holy Bible.

Years back, some spirits from the kingdom of darkness had stirred up Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen and other agents of destruction, killing innocent people in Nigeria.  But now, God has stirred up a world-power (queen corona) to prove to both BokoHaram and Fulani herdsmen that they are local champions, because both of them and their sponsors are on the run today.

We write to open the eyes of the blind world using this medium to the fact that God is accusing his people of becoming so forgetful and disobedient to divine nature content as Apostle Peter taught in (2Ptr.1:3-9) and the  delegated authority from God to us in (Luke 10:19).

The case of corona-virus majorly affecting those personalities that consider themselves as gods is just like God directing the virus to select some class of people in the country.  He did the same in the days of historical Egypt, where God selected and killed the first son of every Egyptian family (Ex. 11:4-5).  His own people were not killed in that plague.

Moreover, God killed seventy thousand (70,000) people in one nation but when the angel of death was to extend its hands from the offending Israel to Jerusalem, God relented and said to the angel, “Stop!  That is enough!” (2 Samuel 24:15).  The truth is that God is always patient for a sinner to change, and in a space of time, He sends his judgment tools, if the evil continues.

I implore the people of Nigeria to repent of their corrupt practices, carefree attitudes to the poor masses and to also desist from other social vices and go to God in prayer. He will show mercy.  “Do  you love Nigeria? Say the truth and don’t dawdle about.”
